My understanding is that this first batch is all coming to the US. As for subsequent batches (if any), that's a question for the Planteray team.
Some has made it to Alberta stores, as well. I'm not sure if that's part of the same initial batch, but given the minimal delay it probably is.
Fascinating read. Also in the UK and would love a copy. Visiting Vegas for a friend's wedding in October, I'll try to order one to my hotel!
