I have enjoyed your newsletter since I found it about a year ago. I’ve seen you talk about the shortcomings of the various ways rum is classified around the world on occasions, but I have not seen you propose a formal solution. Would love to see you take up that banner. Who knows, maybe one day all the rum enthusiasts out there will be talking about the “Pietrek Taxonomy.”
