Haha, I need to set up a daily reading schedule for it then! Admittedly, I've run though it a few time and looked up a few specific distilleries, but have not made them time to read it cover to cover ЁЯШЕ
There *may* be some experimentation with the bacterial side of things, but their secret weapon is the yeast nursery. See pp. 290-291 of MCR.
